In the feels for something sweet but not yucky sweet, I reached for the frozen raspberries and then poured a big old fat glug of cream over the top.  The cream froze.  So whizzed it all up and lo and behold, in the glory of all that is sacred, Raspberry Soft Whip Ice Cream!

It is glorious.


1 cup of frozen raspberries
1/2 cup cream


Using a stick whizzy thing, whizz it all up until you get your soft whip.

You need to eat this immediately.
