The two ingredient challenge continues!

These blueberries make a tasty snack, and, as my toddler son was so keen to grab them, I didn’t even get a chance to photograph them!

Frozen Yoghurt Dipped Blueberries

Ingredients:

One punnet of blueberries (or more if you’re making a big batch)

2 cups of yoghurt – plain or flavoured

(yes, I added honey to my yoghurt, so technically, it’s a 3 ingredient snack!)

Frozen yoghurt dipped blueberries

Use a toothpick to swizzle the blueberries in the yoghurt mix.

Use another toothpick to pop it off onto a baking paper lined tray

(do not make the mistake I did of putting them on a plate – those little suckers were frozen solid on the plate and I had to scrape them off with a knife!)

Place in the freezer for around an hour, then put in freezer bags.

These need to be gobbled up fairly quickly, as they will melt if left to sit in a bowl for too long.
