Highly recommended as an alternative to smoothies and to break the some times monotony of breaky (here, endless porridge). This has been a hugely popular treat for the kids after school too.
Crazy easy. Do this.
x3 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup water
small handful of fresh mint leaves
Pop all in a food processor, whizz until a soft serve ice cream consistency and serve with some extra berries and chopped nuts. Kids go crazy for this stuff.
