When we run out of delicious sweet ideas for after school time for the kids and want something relatively quick and not packed to the brim with sugar – this recipe comes to the rescue!  Bonus: it doesn’t need any cooking either and the kids will absolutely love it!

You can use any choice of dried fruit and nuts – you can have lots of fun mixing things up, making your own mad, delicious creations!

Ingredients and How-To:

  1. Spread 2 cups of Greek Yogurt on flat baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper or a silicon mat (this tray needs to fit in your freezer, so test it out first!).
  2. Scatter the yogurt with a couple tablespoons of dried fruit such as dried sour cherries, cranberries and diced apricot and some toasted almonds and pistachios.
  3. Freeze until firm (give it an hour depending on the capacity of your freezer).
  4. Break up into pieces and consume.
