Home made Lemon and raspberry tart

This recipe is basically this plus about a cup of defrosted frozen or fresh raspberries which you scatter on the tart base after it has cooled when it has come out of the oven.  Cover with the lemon butter and pop back in the oven as per the Lemon Tart recipe.

Sooooooo good.  I highly recommend it.  A real naughty little treat.
