But you. You’re here because of the brownies aren’t you? So here it is our favourite homemade chocolate brownie dry mix recipe that your kids will absolutely love. Oh, and this recipe is so simple, they can make them themselves! Bonus!

Ingredients

1 ½ cup plain flour
1 ½ cup caster sugar
1 ½ cup brown sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt.

How to use:

For every 2 cups of mixture add 2 eggs and ½ a cup of vegetable oil. Add a teaspoon of vanilla essence if you have it. Whisk together, pour into a prepared 25 x 25cm (or equivalent) baking tin and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
