My love affair with my ice cream molds continues………I don’t get out much.

Pretty Pink Popsicles!   Sweet Strawberry Sticks!  I love these candy pink beauties.  I hope you do too!

Strawberry Yoghurt Pops10Ingredients:

(makes 10 ice creams)

2 cups plain Greek Yoghurt

2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries:  1 cup for blending and 1 cup to fill the molds, fresh and roughly chopped.

1 tsp vanilla extract or powder or the seeds from a fresh vanilla pod.

2 T honey

Blend all (except the 1 cup reserved fresh strawberries) until combined and smooth.

Drop a few fresh, chopped strawberries in the bottom of each mold.

Pour blended mix into molds.

Freeze until set.

Remove from the moulds.  Wrap in a layer of baking paper, then plastic wrap and store in the freezer.
